Kids Planet Thrapston welcomes children from babies to school age into a setting with a homely feel. Outdoor learning and sensory experiences give children different ways to explore, with our team supporting their interests and development. Settling-in sessions give your child time to become familiar with our nursery and begin building relationships with us. You can use these visits to share routines and ask about their day. Laura Farrell
ManagerWith over 17 years of experience working in Childcare, I am a dedicated Manager to the children, team and families within the Nursery setting. I believe in an open, honest and trusting policy between families and ourselves, and this reiterates itself with my open door policy for all.
It is magical to see the awe and wonder in all children when they are learning and developing; I find it special to share 'first' moments with families as their child experiences such special and amazing milestones, individual to themselves. I have a passion for nurturing children, and my commitment to the Nursery is to provide a safe, inclusive, and enriching environment that ensures all children in my care is supported to thrive.

We bring learning to life by helping children connect with the natural world around them. From watching caterpillars grow into butterflies to exploring seasonal changes in our garden, children gain a deeper understanding of life cycles, care, and respect for living things.
