EYFS

Every child is treated as an individual and as a result the care we offer is tailored to suit that child’s needs. The nursery follows the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS); each room is divided by age groups, is well resourced and designed to ensure that all the six areas of development relating to the EYFS are incorporated throughout. We have a purpose built sensory room which is accessible to all the children within our nursery.

Outdoor Play

Our well resourced outdoor play area has been professionally developed to incorporate the needs of the EYFS. The nursery has a large indoor/outdoor nursery room, providing shelter for activities in all weather, and the children’s entry point to our outdoor playground.

Mealtimes

All our meals are freshly prepared by our qualified Nursery Chef on the premises who caters for individual needs while focussing on the nutritional requirements of all children at their appropriate ages. We operate a 6 weekly menu and invite and welcome input from parents in our nurseries.

Safe and secure

Safeguarding the children in our nursery is one of our utmost priorities and we offer state of the art security systems. Complete with CCTV in every room, intercom systems are standard in all rooms ensuring that your children’s safety is paramount at all times.

All the staff, including management, have lovely relationships with the children - they're always greeted by name with smiles and hugs! Everyone makes time to chat with us so we always know what's going on and feel genuinely involved and informed. The environment is happy and stimulating with a lovely outdoor area which is well used even in the depths of winter. Our family is lucky to be part of Kids Planet.

 

Amazing staff who look after my daughter so well. She is a very happy and confident girl and I have no doubt that her attending kids planet has helped her to be ths way. The staff know her well and make sure she does lots of activities that help her to develop. I could not find a bad word to say about kids planet.

 

Our daughter is so happy there and we are so pleased with the exceptional standard of care provided. We have a close relationship with the staff there and are continually being updated with her progress and developments. The staff are excellent and are very warm and welcoming. The facilities are fantastic too.

 

This nursery is amazing! The kids love it! There is lots to do including classes, languages and play. The staff take a keen interest in the children which is fab and makes you feel very special. They hold events which parents can attend too. Top marks!!

 

They care nearly as much as me about max and that is really saying something. They are loving and have the most amazing patience. They treat all children as individuals and nurture all of them caringly. Their attention to the children is remarkable and all of the children are happy. Thry encourage development through fun which is surely the only way!

 

My children are the most important things in my world. My husband and I work full time so in effect, Alexander is in the care of the nursery staff more than he is with us. Knowing that he is being looked after by such a wonderful team makes it much easier to go to work on a daily basis. Lauren and the team are fabulous. Alisha is the most caring key worker we could wish Alexander to have.
