Kids Planet has a strong head office infrastructure including a committed Finance, Marketing, HR, Maintenance and Training team as well as a Senior Management infrastructure to ensure the highest standards are maintained at all times.
Each Kids Planet has a Nursery Manager, Nursery Deputy Manager, Room Supervisors and Senior Nursery Nurses making up part of their strong teams. We are committed to continuous professional development and all staff are encouraged to enhance and develop their qualifications throughout their careers.
Over 90% of our staff hold a relevant childcare qualification (Ofsted’s minimum requirement is 50%) and unqualified staff are supported through working towards relevant childcare qualifications.
Every Kids Planet Nursery has staff either with a EYPS or an Early Years Teacher who leads and develops practice within our nurseries.
