Kids Planet has a strong head office infrastructure including a committed Finance and Marketing team and a Senior Management infrastructure to ensure the highest standards are maintained at all times.

Each Kids Planet has a Nursery Manager, Nursery Deputy Manager, Room Supervisors and Senior Nursery Nurses making up part of their strong teams. We are totally committed to continuous professional development and all staff are encouraged to enhance and develop their qualifications.

We operate with over 90% our staff holding a relevant childcare qualification (Ofsted’s minimum requirement is 50%) and unqualified staff are supported through working towards relevant childcare qualifications. Every Kids Planet Nursery has staff either with EYPS or Early Years Teacher who lead and develop practice within our nurseries.
