Day Nursery in Sunderland (Ashbrooke)
Ashbrooke Road, Ashbrooke, Sunderland, SR2 7HH
Overview
About Ashbrooke
Families are part of nursery life at Kids Planet Ashbrooke, where our welcoming and established team takes time to listen and get to know each child. Homely indoor spaces and a natural outdoor play area give children opportunities to explore and follow their interests.
Settling-in sessions help your child become familiar with our nursery and the people who will care for them, with a gradual introduction before regular attendance starts. They also let us learn about your child from you. Term-time attendance and pram storage are available, and good transport links help families manage the journey to and from nursery.

Bringing Learning to Life with Outdoor Play
At Kids Planet, we believe the great outdoors is one of the best learning environments. Our unique nature-based learning encourages children to explore, take on new challenges, and develop essential life skills through hands-on outdoor experiences. Whether it’s discovering wildlife, growing vegetables, or engaging in active play, we provide endless opportunities for children to learn, grow, and thrive in the natural world.
