About Shrewsbury

Kids Planet Shrewsbury gives babies through to preschoolers space to explore indoors and out. Our nursery on Battlefield Road was purpose-designed, with large, natural outdoor areas and a dedicated sensory room. Children can move freely between indoor and outdoor spaces as their play develops and they discover new things.

Our team supports those discoveries, following what catches each child’s attention and helping them build the confidence to try things for themselves. Settling-in visits allow you and your child to get to know our nursery before starting, with time to talk about their routines and needs. We offer term-time attendance, and on-site parking helps with daily journeys.

    Michelle Edmonds

    Manager

    I am the nursery manager of Kids Planet Shrewsbury. I have previously been the nursery manager at Kids Planet Mablins Lane (Crewe) and prior to that a room leader in the out of school club at Kids Planet Haslington. I hold a BA(Hons) Primary Education without QTS along with Paediatric first aid, food hygiene, Level 3 Safeguarding and Designated Safeguarding Lead training and a Level 3 ILM.
    I have worked with children professionally since 2012 working in the Nursery and Out of School Clubs. I really enjoy the variety my job brings on a daily basis and how I have watched the children transform through their childhood.
