At our Kids Planet Waterfront nursery, we have specifically designed indoor and outdoor environments and a dedicated team who care for and educate your child, helping them learn, develop and take those exciting next steps through their journey.

Hannah Mateer is the Nursery Manager At Kids Planet Waterfront. 

I have over 20 years’ experience within the Early Years sector having started as a college student and worked my way up to management. I have completed my Early Years Foundation Degree and Level 5 in Leadership and Management, and am the Designated Safeguarding Lead for the nursery.

As a parent of three children myself, I can fully understand the emotions all parents go through leaving their little ones in other people’s care. As a Manager I am here to fully support parents and staff in settling your little ones into nursery and ensuring a smooth transition. I am passionate about the importance of early education and the biggest privilege is being able to watch children thrive in their learning and development.
