About Woodland
Kids Planet Woodland cares for babies through to preschoolers within the children’s centre at Woodland Community School. Close links with the school and outside agencies help our team respond to individual needs. Sensory play sits alongside experiences shaped around your child’s interests, with our team supporting what they’re ready to explore next.
Settling-in sessions allow families time to meet us and become familiar with our nursery before their child starts. They’re a chance to talk through routines and help our team understand your child from the outset. On-site parking and pram storage support different ways of getting to nursery for arrivals and collections.

ManagerMichelle Tarpey (Shelley) is our Nursery Manager and has worked in childcare for 23 years, and at Woodlands for 9 years. She holds a NVQ Level 3 in childcare.
