Kids Planet Awards 2022!

Company News

12 December 2022

What a fantastic evening at the Kids Planet Awards 2022.

Held at the Concorde Conference Centre in Altrincham this September, our Kids Planet awards this year were extra special – a unique opportunity to see team members from across our 142 nursery settings come together and really celebrate our success in style.

The pandemic had unfortunately meant the awards had to be cancelled the previous two years, making this an even more important date in our calendars, and one that did not disappoint.

We were lucky enough to enjoy some outstanding entertainment on the night, with beatboxers Duke drawing everyone to the dancefloor to truly start the night as we meant to carry on, and renowned comedian Luke Kempner following with his set and bringing his one liners to the event all evening as our host.

It’s important to Kids Planet to reward and recognise our staff, as one of our core values reveals: ‘Happy colleagues, happy children’. to his an even more of an important opportunity to get together and recognise our fantastic achievements.

Charity

Incredibly, we raised over £3000 for Young Minds, Kids Planet’s chosen charity for the night.

Young Minds is the UK’s leading charity fighting for children and young people’s mental health. Their aim is to see a world where no young person feels alone with their mental health, and all young people get the mental health support they need, when they need it, no matter what.

Kids Planet is fundraising for Young Minds Trust (justgiving.com)
