Kids Planet CEO special guest on Fund Her North Talk

Our very own CEO Clare Roberts, Founder of Kids Planet Day Nurseries, took part in the first Fund Her North: InspireHER Talks today.

Clare opened up to hosts Charlotte Ashton and Joanne Hosker (McTiffin), to discuss her journey within Kids Planet, challenges she has faced leading a fast scaling business over the past 14 years, her experiences of raising investment, and how she ensures the values and principles of the business remain at the heart of what they do.

When asked about Kids Planet instil our values and ethos throughout our growing and geographically vast number of settings, Clare described how we start with recruiting the right people, we absorb the great new ideas from our acquired settings, and we really listen to and communicate with our people.
