Kids Planet Clayton in Bradford visited the Bradford Royal Infirmary hospital today, to take packages for expectant mothers over the weekend, just in time for mother’s day.
Shannon Low, Nursery Manager at Kids Planet Clayton, said: “I understand the pressures that pregnant women and families have gone through over the last two years; it has been a difficult time and there have been many challenges for new parents.
Working in the early years sector, supporting parents and families is at the heart of what we do at Kids Planet and It is a huge pleasure to be able to help in any way that we can.”
Levi, the student Midwife photographed alongside Shannon, said: “This is a lovely initiative that will certainly help boost spirits in the ward with the patients as some are anxious due to Covid-19.”
Kids Planet Clayton was formerly part of the Kinder Haven nursery group which opened its doors in 2017, and was acquired by Kids Planet in 2021.
The nursery is located in a easily accessible area of Bradford. The team are specifically chosen for their passion, commitment, skills and qualifications, and pride themselves in having a team that can bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the children at the nursery.
