Kids Planet Training Academy rated Ofsted GOOD!

The Kids Planet Training Academy in Knutsford was inspected in May by Ofsted – and the team is pleased to announce we have been graded ’Good’ in all aspects of the inspection.

The inspection that took place from 23^rd to 26^th May and involved seven inspectors who spent a full four days at the Academy to observe teaching, meet with Academy team members, apprentices, leaders, and governors, as well as a range of Nursery team members.

Gill Mason, Head of Training and Development at Kids Planet, said:

“I am hugely proud of the whole team here at the Kids Planet Training Academy for the outcome secured from this recent Ofsted inspection. We are delighted with this result which is a testament to the academy team.

This rating clearly shows our commitment and dedication to ensure the early years workforce is supported through our quality apprenticeship provision both at Kids Planet and through our external partners. We value the transformative impact our apprentice provision can have in the early years sector from entry level to senior management both from new recruits and existing colleagues.

This Ofsted outcome recognises this and provides the Academy with the affirmation we need to press ahead at pace, and with confidence. We will continue to drive change and improvement across the Academy to ensure that during their next visit, Ofsted inspectors see truly outstanding provision.”
