Kids Planet Winnington take part in ‘Leaping Lambs’ for charity

This Spring, children and staff at Kids Planet Winnington have been raising money for local charity in ‘leaping lambs’ initiative.

On 5^th May, the Winnington team visited St Luke’s Hospice in Winsford to drop off a donation, and take part in ‘Leaping Lambs’ which saw the children get creative and make leaping lamb headbands.

Victoria Seddon, Nursery Manager at Kids Planet Winnington, said: “We chose this charity as it is a local charity that offers a wide range of services to support people with life limiting illnesses in Cheshire.

We thought it would be a great idea to get the local community involved in raising money for the ‘Leaping Lamb’ event planned by St Luke’s Hospice. The children loved taking part in this event and we raised £509.00.”
