Moseley Nursery undergoing Kids Planet makeover

In August 2021, Kids Planet acquired three Birmingham-based nurseries (previously Peepo Day Nurseries) in Moseley, Solihull, and Hatchford. Since then, the nurseries have been transitioning to the Kids Planet brand.

Alongside the Kids Planet name, the Moseley nursery’s interior is being revamped, with Kids Planet’s style of neutral spaces, new natural resources, colours, flooring, and much more.

Katie Grundy, Deputy Manager at Kids Planet Moseley, said: “All the staff have adapted well to being acquired, and enjoy working with Kids Planet. Our spaces are looking great, with parents happy with the new look and commenting on the fantastic new resources for the children.

Not only that, but we’ve been able to see a positive impact on the children. Their focus and concentration has improved, because there are lots of new things around and they are using their imagination more with new toys, and exploring new areas.”

Kirsty Jackson, Quality Director, said: “We are so pleased with the transition at Moseley. We are building a calm environment with well thought out resources, full of opportunities to stimulate curiosity and challenge the children’s thinking.

Kids Planet has been working hard to reflect on the children’s needs and their specific interests, whilst instilling our Kids Planet pedagogy and creating enabling environments in line with our Kids Planet approach. I am looking forward to seeing what the future holds for the newly rebranded nursery setting.”

Open Monday to Friday from 7.30am – 6pm, Moseley is a popular nursery located in an easily accessible area of Moseley.
