Family owned Nursery Group Kids Planet Day Nurseries are delighted to announce their Salford Quays nursery has achieved ‘Outstanding in All Areas’ by Ofsted.
Clare Roberts, Chief Executive of Kids Planet, said, “This Outstanding Ofsted report reflects the hard work the nursery does to provide ongoing outstanding childcare to families living and working in this area of Manchester. We’re incredibly proud of the staff, parents and children for their achievements”.
Extracts from the report published earlier this month include:
‘Staff are exceptional role models. They skillfully support children to develop kind and considerate relationships with each other’.
‘Children are exceptionally well prepared for the next stage in their learning and eventual move to school’.
‘The nursery chef provides a wide range of healthy meals and snacks, including opportunities for children to experience foods from other cultures’.
‘Staff share the manager’s vision and work extremely hard to provide children and their families with outstanding early years experiences’.
Kids Planet Salford Quays is a new, purpose-built nursery located in Exchange Quay within Salford Quays. Floor to ceiling doors opens onto the outdoor play area with soft rubber surfaces, designed for all-weather play. With proximity to workplaces in Media City and The Lowry as well as excellent transport links to Manchester City Centre, the nursery is open Monday to Friday, 7.00am till 7.00pm, 52 weeks of the year.
