We are proud to reveal our most recent Kids Planet NPS from the Parents Survey came in at an excellent score of 71.1 – in the ‘World Class’ category range.
Amongst positive comments and happy families within the group, we are able to use the invaluable feedback to help us further develop our service.
Over 2000 parents took part in the survey, answering questions relating to whether they would recommend Kids Planet based on the individual nursery, the company as a whole, and their experience during the pandemic.
It is fantastic news to receive such a high score, and although some parents reported feeling frustrated due to the pandemic restrictions, the overall score demonstrated the overall high levels of satisfaction.
One parent said, “I have had a fantastic experience with the nursery from my very first contact. My son loves the variety of activities. I am always kept updated on what he has been eating etc. The staff are very friendly and always have time to tell me about my son’s day. They have also been wonderful throughout the pandemic.”
Certain topics raised have helped us to improve elements of our service. We are growing our Finance team and Customer support department to ensure invoicing information and payments are as easy as possible for our parents, and positive feedback about our fabulous healthy and nutritious meals has led us to begin developing an exciting Kids Planet recipe book with our Head Chef.
The group has pulled together during the pandemic, ensuring our focus remains on the children, and safeguarding is of our highest priority. We strive to be flexible, offering extended opening and closing times to benefit busy parents. Not only that, we want parents to feel involved, sending regular pictures and updates of their children on our dedicated ParentZone app.
Our teams work tirelessly to make sure the children in our care have the best day at Kids Planet, therefore it has been fantastic to receive such positive feedback in this Parent Survey.
