    As life becomes busier, it’s never been more important that we take care of our own mental wellbeing. #WorldWellbeingWeek looks closely at the 5 ways of wellbeing and how we can all help ourselves and our loved ones to better mental health: 
     
    CONNECT
    Take time each day to be with your family, for example, try arranging a fixed time to eat dinner together
    Arrange a day out with friends you have not seen for a while
    Try switching off the TV to talk or play a game with your children, friends or family
     
    GET ACTIVE
    Find free activities to help you get fit such as running or walking. Can you get off the bus one stop earlier than you would usually do and walk the rest of the way?
     
    BE MINDFUL
    Take a moment to really notice the sounds and sensations around you
    Get out into the fresh air for a walk
     
    KEEP LARNING
    Try learning to cook something new or challenge yourself to write a blog, take up a new sport or learn to paint.
     
    GIVE TO OTHERS
    Small acts of kindness go a long way – ask friends, family or colleagues how they are and really listen to their answer.
