Our parent survey is carried out throughout the year to understand and improve parent’s experiences across the Kids Planet group. Parents are encouraged to provide an honest opinion of their experiences of Kids Planet and share what they think we could be doing differently or better. We value this feedback as we continually look to improve on everything we do. Asking three simple questions, we request a score of 0 to 10 for each question. The scores are then used to make a further calculation, known as the Net Promoter Score® or NPS®. This proven metric provides the core measurement for customer experience management programs across the world. We are proud to announce that Kids Planet are ‘World Class’ along with the Net Promoter Score metric.
