Kids Planet Provide A Financial Boost To Congleton Lions

KIDS PLANET PROVIDE FINANCIAL BOOST TO CONGLETON LIONS

Congleton Lions charity has received a boost of over £160 following a successful summer fair organised by Kids Planet Congleton earlier this month.

Held at the Nursery in Chapel Street, Congleton the day was attended by a record number of families and included a visit from Peppa Pig, Cheshire Police and Warrior Martial Arts.

Presenting the cheque, Nursery Manager, Gail Ollier, said, “We’re delighted to be able to support our local community and raise money to support the great work that this charity does in the area”.

Now in its 43^rd year, Congleton Lions serve both the local and international community.  The Lions Clubs International is the world’s largest service club organization with more than 1.4 million members.

Kids Planet will be a major sponsor at the Congleton Duck Race in September.
