Gill’s career began as a primary school teacher for children with special needs, before transitioning into adult education and setting up her own training company in Liverpool. Her passion for vocational training led her to national and international advisor roles, writing qualifications and lecturing at universities.
Seven years ago, Gill met with Clare Roberts, CEO of Kids Planet, to discuss the vision of an internal training academy. Today, 30 years into her career, she leads an academy that supports learners from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and ages in their quest to become the next generation of educators.
