• A Strong Safer Recruitment Policy – Every member of our team undergoes an enhanced DBS check, thorough referencing, and detailed interviews to ensure they are fully committed to providing a safe and caring environment.

• Dedicated Safeguarding Leads in Every Nursery – Each setting has trained Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs) who oversee all child protection concerns and ensure our policies are followed correctly.
• Ongoing Safeguarding Training – Our team members receive regular training to stay up to date with safeguarding best practices and legal requirements, ensuring they can identify and respond to concerns quickly and effectively.
