Kids Planet Oadby (Formerly Hunny Comb, Oadby nursery) is a welcoming nursery located on Howdon Road, just a short distance from Brocks Hill Primary School and easily accessible from Briar Meads and Ridge Way.

Our setting provides early years education and care for children from babies through to preschool age, with dedicated rooms designed to support each stage of development in a safe and nurturing environment. Indoors, children benefit from comfortable, well equipped spaces, supported by features such as air conditioning and secure access systems for added reassurance.

Outdoors, our garden offers a unique blend of woodland and all weather surfaces, giving children the opportunity to explore, play, and connect with nature throughout the year.

I’ve spent the last 15 years working in childcare, with 5 of those in a manager role. I hold a Level 4 Certificate in Early Years Practice through the Open University and I’m paediatric first aid trained. I take on roles as both SENCo and DSL. I’m really passionate about being there during those early years to help give children the best possible start and set them up for a bright future. I’m also newly a proud mum to my daughter, which has deepened my understanding and love for early years even more.
