Leanne Pinnington brings over 15 years of experience working with children and holds a Level 5 qualification in childcare. She is currently furthering her expertise by studying for a BA (Hons) in Early Childhood Studies and is a trained Safeguarding Officer, committed to ensuring the highest standards of care and protection.

As a parent of two, Leanne understands just how important it is for families to feel confident and reassured in their childcare choices. She is dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming, and nurturing environment where every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to learn and grow. Her passion lies in supporting each child’s individual journey, helping them to explore, develop confidence, and reach their full potential, while building strong partnerships with families.

Outside of her professional role, Leanne enjoys visiting National Trust sites and actively volunteering within her local community.
