Day Nursery in Brynford, Holywell

With over 20 years’ experience in nursery work, I feel privileged to have spent my career supporting children through their early years and building strong relationships with families. Watching children grow in confidence and seeing families return with younger siblings, and even the next generation, is incredibly rewarding.

From my first day at Brynford, it felt like a home from home, with a genuine sense of care, warmth, and community that I’m proud to be part of. I also value the strong teamwork here and feel passionate about mentoring colleagues as they develop and excel. Brynford is more than a workplace to me – it’s a community, and being part of such an important stage in children’s lives continues to be deeply fulfilling.

I have proudly been part of the Kids Planet family for over 10 years. During this time, I have developed my career from a Nursery Practitioner to Deputy Manager, gaining valuable experience and a deep understanding of early years education along the way.

I am passionate about supporting children in their early development and helping to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive. Throughout my journey, I have worked closely with children, families, and colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care, learning, and wellbeing.

In my role as Deputy Manager, I support the management team in leading staff, maintaining high-quality practice, and ensuring that the nursery provides a positive and welcoming environment for all children and their families.

Seeing children grow, develop new skills, and achieve their milestones is the most rewarding part of my role, and I am proud to continue contributing to the supportive and caring community within our nursery.
