Kids Planet acquires Marigold on the Wirral

We are delighted to reveal that Marigold Day Nursery has joined the Kids Planet family. 

Marigold is well positioned with existing settings and will strengthen our presence on the Wirral. Aligning with Kids Planet’s values, Marigold provides children with a nurturing, caring place for fun and learning in stimulating indoor and outdoor spaces.

My number one priority was to hand over the reins to the right new owner who could take the nursery forward, whilst retaining the same values and homely feel that are so important to our families. I believe that Kids Planet are the best choice for this. I am confident that the amazing staff and children at Marigold are in the safest hands and that the nursery will continue to thrive.”

Kids Planet has grown to 163 settings across the UK through a combination of acquisition and greenfield developments. Our focus continues to be acquiring existing nursery settings that fit with our values for the highest quality childcare and seeking development opportunities to build our geographical presence.
