Kids Planet Poulton Carr Head Rated Ofsted ‘OUTSTANDING’

(1st April 2024, Poulton) The team at Kids Planet Poulton Carr Head is delighted to have been awarded ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted in all areas following their recent inspection.

Kids Planet Poulton Carr Head is a popular setting close to the busy coastal town centre with excellent transport links. At the nursery there is a forest garden, allowing children of all ages to take part in regular outdoor activities.

The Ofsted Outstanding Report revealed how ‘Children thrive and make excellent progress as a result of the meticulously planned and well-sequenced curriculum’, and ‘Children become independent and resilient as a result of staff’s encouragement and thoughtful teaching’.

The report also highlights how ‘Staff foster a culture of respect and promote children’s social skills, supporting them to form bonds with people of all ages,’ and ‘Staff feel valued and supported in their careers, this promotes the best possible outcomes for all children’.
