Set in the heart of Appleton Thorn, Warrington, this nursery building retains all of its original and traditional features, with a lovely extensive and exciting garden for children to explore too. In November 2018, Ofsted recognised the team’s hard work and dedication to the children in the nursery’s care and awarded them Outstanding in ALL areas. Kids Planet Appleton Thorn was praised for its high-quality teaching and fantastic forest school, providing a rich outdoor environment for children to enjoy.

This nursery was formerly part of the Poppy & Jacks group.

Carla has been Nursery Manager at Appleton Thorn since March 2021 and previously worked at a Ofsted Outstanding nursery. She holds a degree in childcare and her Early Years Teacher status.
