About Astley Bridge
Kids Planet Astley Bridge welcomes children into a traditional cottage in Bolton, with a homely feel and outdoor spaces for play across the seasons. Our team includes parents who understand family life, and we support your child as they investigate nature and explore the world around them.
Settling-in visits give your child time to build relationships with the adults who will care for them. They also let you share their routines and talk to us about what helps them feel comfortable. Term-time attendance is available for families who need it, with a car park and pram storage to help with everyday arrivals and collections.

Bridie Parry
ManagerSince she can remember, Bridie has always wanted to work in childcare and child development. Her early years journey started in 2014, and she has seen vast progression along the way. Committed and motivated by the joy of watching children thrive and develop in a safe and secure environment, Bridie has completed many early years qualifications including a BA honours Childhood Studies and Education 2:1 and Level 3 Btec children’s learning and development.

Our Swap Shop is a cosy corner dedicated to the magic of reading and sharing. Families are warmly encouraged to help themselves to a preloved book, or leave one behind for someone else to enjoy. It’s a lovely way to promote a love of reading, support sustainability, and build connections across our nursery community. Whether it’s a bedtime favourite or a new adventure, there’s always a story waiting to be discovered.
