Kids Planet Little Lever

Kids Planet Little Lever is situated on the outskirts of Bolton, in the friendly village of Little Lever. Established in 1990, our nursery has been proudly serving local families for over three decades, providing high-quality early education and care for babies through to preschoolers.

With a long-standing reputation at the heart of the community, we’re passionate about helping children grow, learn, and flourish in a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment. Our experienced and dedicated team ensures every child is supported as an individual, encouraging curiosity, independence, and a love of learning that extends beyond the nursery walls.

Kids Planet Little Lever also offers an Out of School and Holiday club available for children from 4 years up to 11 years old, providing a seamless transition from early years to school-age care.

At Kids Planet, we believe in making life easier for families, which is why our nurseries offer an all-inclusive approach. Our fees cover everything your child needs for a happy, comfortable day, including nappies, wipes, formula milk, and sun cream, so you have one less thing to worry about. We provide freshly prepared, nutritious meals and snacks, catering to all dietary needs to keep little ones fuelled for a day of learning and play. With sports activities to support physical development and the Famly app for real-time updates, we ensure every child gets the best start in a safe, nurturing environment.

Our Village Community

Community links are at the heart of Kids Planet Little Lever. Having been part of the village for more than 25 years, we’ve built lasting relationships with local schools, elderly care homes, and businesses. The children enjoy regular trips to the library for Friday story hour, fostering an early love of reading, and love visiting local care homes to sing, dance, and share stories with residents over a biscuit or two.

We also take great pride in participating in the annual Remembrance Service at the village cenotaph, located right outside our baby house, helping children understand respect, tradition, and the importance of community connection.

With experience ranging from enthusiastic apprentices to fully qualified Early Years Teachers, many of our staff began their journey with us years ago and have grown into exceptional practitioners.
