Hayley Thompson is the nursery Manager at Kids Planet George Eliot.
I have been a part of George Eliot since 2018, starting as a support practitioner. After finishing my degree in Early Childhood and Education studies. I quickly found a passion for special educational needs and as I progressed in my career. Becoming the nursery SENDCo alongside my role as Room Leader. I was then promoted to Deputy Manager in July 2023. I pride myself on the inclusive practice and the devotion to my role.
