Kids Planet Hale

Amazing staff who look after my daughter so well. She is a very happy and confident girl and I have no doubt that her attending Kids Planet Hale has helped her to be this way. The staff know her well and make sure she does lots of activities that help her to develop. I could not find a bad word to say about Kids Planet.

Our daughter is so happy there and we are so pleased with the exceptional standard of care provided. We have a close relationship with the staff there and are continually being updated with her progress and developments. The staff are excellent and are very warm and welcoming. The facilities are fantastic too.

Our son attended Kids Planet for just over 2 years, in that time the staff provided exceptional care for him. Our son has some additional behavioural needs but at no point did we feel this was an issue for them to handle. They worked tirelessly to support him but us as a family too, attending meetings outside of the nursery setting and speaking with health professional on our behalf. All the staff at Kids Planet have been fantastic - they have provided him with a stable, friendly, safe and positive environment for him to grow and achieve his full potential.

Hale nursery is amazing! The kids love it! There are lots to do including classes, languages and play. The staff take a keen interest in the children which is fab and makes you feel very special. They hold events which parents can attend too. Top marks!!

The nursery manager knows all of the children and parents as individuals. She ensures individual needs are met and runs a truly outstanding nursery. The nursery under her guidance is in my opinion outstanding. Their tolerance levels and attention to detail exceed all of my expectations. We could not ask for more.

All the staff, including management, have lovely relationships with the children - they're always greeted by name with smiles and hugs! The pre-school teacher is always available to speak to. She is very caring and always has plenty of activities for the pre-school class to get involved.

My children are the most important things in my world. My husband and I work full time so in effect, Alexander is in the care of the nursery staff more than he is with us. Knowing that he is being looked after by such a wonderful team makes it much easier to go to work on a daily basis. The management team are fabulous and his key worker is so caring.

Everyone makes time to chat with us so we always know what's going on and feel genuinely involved and informed. The environment is happy and stimulating with a lovely outdoor area which is well used even in the depths of winter. Our family is lucky to be part of Kids Planet.

They care nearly as much as me about Max and that is really saying something. They are loving and have the most amazing patience. They treat all children as individuals and nurture all of them caringly. Their attention to the children is remarkable and all of the children are happy. They encourage development through fun which is surely the only way!

Kids Planet is a wonderful nursery with extremely hard working, dedicated staff who provide a fun safe environment for each and every child . They worked with our son very closely to improve his behaviour in the year he was there and he left Kids Planet a much happier, confident little boy. We personally cannot thank the team enough, excellent nursery!

Our daughter has settled in beautifully to Kids Planet. The staff have been wonderful and really helped with the transition. Communication through the app is fantastic and makes a huge difference. They create wonderful learning opportunities for the children and I would recommend Kids Planet Hale to anyone!

Fantastic experience. The staff are brilliant and can't do enough for the children. Lots of extra trips which add to the nursery experience.

They use the outside space which my child really enjoys. Great getting the learning journey updates on the app so you can see what they have been doing.

My child loves going to Kids Planet Nursery, happily goes into his room in the morning smiling at the staff.
