Kids Planet Heaton Mersey is a welcoming, purpose-built nursery offering exceptional childcare and early education, tailored to every stage of development from babies to preschoolers.

Our passionate and experienced team creates a nurturing, home-from-home environment where children feel secure, inspired, and excited to learn. Located on a nature reserve with excellent transport links into Stockport and Manchester, the setting provides rich opportunities for outdoor exploration and discovery. Babies and tots enjoy peaceful riverside walks, while toddlers and preschoolers head into the woods for den building and weekly Woodland Adventures, complete with outdoor picnics and plenty of fresh air.

Outdoors, children enjoy daily physical play, a dedicated allotment where they grow herbs alongside our Grandparents Gardening Club, and an Outdoor Classroom that supports resilience, independence, and curiosity. From nature-inspired learning to meaningful connections with family and community, every experience at Kids Planet Heaton Mersey is carefully designed to help children shine.

I am passionate about all things early years and strive to provide high-quality childcare that not only supports our children, but parents and my team as well.
