Day Nursery in Stocksfield (Crook Hill Farm)
Crook Hill Farm, Stocksfield, Northumberland, NE43 7UX
Overview
About Meadows
Surrounded by Northumbrian countryside, Kids Planet Meadows gives children a farmstead setting with a homely feel. A close connection with nature and the local community is part of life here, with outdoor play offering time to notice changes and investigate through doing. Our team gets to know each child as an individual.
Children can follow their own ideas through play, with support from adults who get to know what interests them. We give them opportunities to express themselves and do more for themselves in everyday nursery life. When they need help, our team offers encouragement and time to practise, keeping their enjoyment of learning at the centre.

Bringing Learning to Life with Outdoor Play
At Kids Planet, we believe the great outdoors is one of the best learning environments. Our unique nature-based learning encourages children to explore, take on new challenges, and develop essential life skills through hands-on outdoor experiences. Whether it’s discovering wildlife, growing vegetables, or engaging in active play, we provide endless opportunities for children to learn, grow, and thrive in the natural world.
