Dear Jamie Lee and all staff at Kids Planet Prestwich, It is a big day for us today as Florence finishes nearly four years with you at Kids Planet and we wanted to take the opportunity to thank every member of staff that has cared for and inspired Florence on her journey through nursery. Flo started in the baby room at seven months and was cared for brilliantly by the Baby Room Team. Alison and Laura looked after her with such care and attention and I think it was also at this point she made a friend in Liz! Liz made a special bond with Flo and Flo still runs up to Liz for a chat and cuddle whenever she can! This is the special thing about Kids Planet Prestwich. Your staff don't just do their bit and see the child move on buy they care for them and invest in them from the moment they start and every day thereafter...

My twin daughters have attended Kids Planet part time from age 2, starting in Toddlers. Every single member of staff are accommodating, polite, caring and go out of their way to make my children feel welcome. They have a fantastic team from management to kitchen staff to nursery nurses. The facilities are brilliant offering a wide range of activities to keep my children engaged. They use an online portal to keep parents updated on meals, developmental progress, observations including pictures which I can log onto at any time and see what my children have been up to. My children are currently in Pre School which they love. The team are fantastic and go above and beyond. They have come on leaps and bounds during their time at Kids Planet and are now ready to start their next chapter at school.

Kevina and I would like to say a massive "Thank You" for the truly wonderful experience our daughter Isabelle Lever has enjoyed at Kids Planet Prestwich. For the past three and a half years that Isabelle attended, she has been privileged to be on the receiving end of the highest standard of nursery education and care.

The nursery practitioners she has got to know from Baby Room to Pre-School are so switched on and genuinely care about the children who attend, exhibiting a real warmth towards the children. Isabelle has progressed so well and enjoyed coming to nursery, settling into each room very well...testament to the professionalism and dedication of the team.

The quality of food is second to none with freshly prepared and wholesome menus with a great variety of dishes. This has opened Isabelle's eyes (and mouth!!!) to some dishes that she probably wouldn't have had at home and she has loved the food.

Last but not least, thank you to the Management team who help set the culture to begin with - Lucy, Sophie and Toni. The welcome you give parents and children when they arrive and leave is lovely. Thank you for navigating everyone through the pandemic so expertly. This was no mean feat and involved you and staff having to work hard to change working practices at short notice. This was appreciated and enabled Isabelle to have some welcome normality and continuity in attending nursery.
