Kids Planet Spondon

At Kids Planet Spondon, we are a small nurturing nursery with a strong hone from home ethos, and a long serving team who are dedicated to providing the highest quality of care for the families in our community.
Our environments ensure each child is learning through play using activities tailored to meet their individual needs. We offer a full curriculum outside as well as inside and your little ones are given the opportunity for many physical activities and to explore the outside world no matter what the weather.

We are proud of our strong links with local schools and the dedicated shared school site for preschool, helping to support our children become school ready.

I have worked in childcare for 16 years, from an apprentice to Nursey manager. I have been a manager for just over a year with Kids Planet, my favourite thing about childcare is offering new opportunities to the children watching them learn and grow within our setting. I have a little girl and in my spare time I love spending quality time with my family.

Our fees cover everything your child needs for a happy, comfortable day, including nappies, wipes, formula milk, and sun cream, so you have one less thing to worry about. We provide freshly prepared, nutritious meals and snacks, catering to all dietary needs to keep little ones fuelled for a day of learning and play. With sports activities to support physical development and the Famly app for real-time updates, we ensure every child gets the best start in a safe, nurturing environment.
