Kids Planet West Derby is a brand-new, purpose-built nursery set to open in Summer 2025, located on the site of Alder Hey Hospital in Liverpool. The nursery will offer a modern, thoughtfully designed environment with spacious rooms, large outdoor play areas, and dedicated spaces to support every stage of early development. With our expert team and inspiring facilities, Kids Planet West Derby will provide a safe, nurturing space where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

At Kids Planet, we believe in making life easier for families, which is why our nurseries offer an all-inclusive approach. Our fees cover everything your child needs for a happy, comfortable day, including nappies, wipes, formula milk, and sun cream, so you have one less thing to worry about. We provide freshly prepared, nutritious meals and snacks, catering to all dietary needs to keep little ones fuelled for a day of learning and play. With sports activities to support physical development and the ParentZone app for real-time updates, we ensure every child gets the best start in a safe, nurturing environment.

Our brand-new nursery is beginning to take shape! As we prepare to welcome families in Summer 2025, we’re excited to share the latest progress from the site of Kids Planet West Derby. From the structure of our purpose-built setting to the early foundations of our outdoor learning areas, every detail is coming together to create a warm and inspiring environment for little ones to flourish.

While there’s still decorating and finishing touches to come, you can already see the spaces where children will explore, discover, and grow, including the beginnings of our dedicated garden, designed to bring learning outdoors and spark curiosity every day.
