Overview
About Wilton
Kids Planet Wilton welcomes babies through to preschoolers into a tree-lined setting on Middlesbrough’s outskirts. Green outdoor spaces give children opportunities to discover nature, while rooms offer play suited to their development. Our team supports children as they explore, helping them build on their interests through everyday experiences.
We’re accessible from Eston, Redcar and nearby areas, with ample parking and convenient bus routes for families travelling to nursery. You’re welcome to visit and meet our team before choosing care for your child. Spending time here lets you see how the spaces are used and ask about their nursery day.

Laura Weir
ManagerHi I'm Laura and I am the manager here at Kids Planet Wilton Castle.
I have been at Kids Planet since November 2025, however I have 7 years management experience.
I love watching our children grow and blossom into their own individual characters through curiosity and exploration, as well as helping our families where needed with any help and support they require.
Adventures Beyond the Classroom
Bringing Learning to Life with Outdoor Play
At Kids Planet, we believe the great outdoors is one of the best learning environments. Our unique nature-based learning encourages children to explore, take on new challenges, and develop essential life skills through hands-on outdoor experiences. Whether it’s discovering wildlife, growing vegetables, or engaging in active play, we provide endless opportunities for children to learn, grow, and thrive in the natural world.
