From litter picking and gardening club to library visits, arts and crafts, and random acts of kindness, these experiences help children develop a strong sense of belonging, responsibility, and care for the world around them.The nursery also has a dedicated sensory room, offering a stimulating environment for exploration and physical development.

This space is especially valuable during times when outdoor play is not possible, such as in very hot weather, providing children with opportunities to continue learning and discovering in a calm, engaging setting.

We are fortunate to have a dedicated sensory room, where children can jump, climb, hop, and explore in a safe environment. These activities support physical development while boosting self-esteem and confidence. The space also encourages positive relationships, as children share experiences and learn to support one another through active play.

Udeskole Adventures

Our Udeskole approach at Kids Planet Woodside gives children the chance to experience the world beyond the nursery walls. From den making and risk-taking to teamwork and independence, children develop vital social and problem-solving skills in a natural setting.
