Workplace Wellbeing Awards: Finalists!

Kids Planet is delighted to have been named finalists in The Great British Workplace Wellbeing Awards, for Wellbeing Team of the Year!

Recognition for our wellbeing culture

At Kids Planet, we are committed to a comprehensive and proactive approach to supporting colleagues to enhance their health and wellbeing, and we have been recognised for:

• Our dedicated People Team who actively drive our business-wide wellbeing strategy, championing colleague wellbeing through all facets of the people function including policy, monthly wellbeing initiatives and supportive drop-in sessions.
• Lucie Sweeney our Wellbeing Manager, who not only leads the way internally but is a proud voice and advocate for mental health and wellbeing in the wider early years sector.
• Our continuous support, from our Wellbeing Hub and Employee Assistance Programme, and our team of over 100 Mental Health First Aiders, to our financial wellbeing support, supervision and 121 support.
• Our dedication to supporting women’s health, including enhanced maternity leave, free feminine hygiene products across all sites, menopause support groups, substantial discounts on childcare fees, and paid fertility leave.
