About Salford

Kids Planet Salford makes outdoor discovery part of nursery life in the city. Our purpose-built setting on Eccles Old Road and Langworthy Road has direct garden access for each age group, with a rooftop terrace for preschoolers. A sensory room next to the baby room gives our youngest children another space to explore.

Our team has experience supporting children with additional needs and those learning English as an additional language. A qualified teacher leads preschool, helping us build on your child’s interests as they grow towards school age. We’re close to MediaCityUK, making our nursery a convenient choice for families who live or work nearby.

    Kim Brophy

    Manager

    Kim Brophy holds a BA (Hons) in Education and Inclusion and has achieved Early Years Teacher Status. She joined Kids Planet in 2014 and has since progressed through various roles, from Room Leader to her current position as Nursery Manager. Kim has been managing the Salford nursery since January 2021, bringing a wealth of experience, dedication, and passion for early years education to the role.
