• To redeem, you must recommend one of the above Kids Planet ‘Refer A Friend’ Group settings to a friend or family member. 

• There is no requirement for the referrer to be an existing Kids Planet Day Nurseries customer.  

• The referred named family or friend must register for a place at one of the Kids Planet ‘Refer A Friend’ Group settings by agreeing on the available sessions with the Nursery Manager and completing an online registration form, including the referrer’s name in the note section.  

• The £100 Shopping Voucher will be issued to both the referring person and the newly registered parent upon completion of the new family’s first full month with the nursery. 

• If the parent or guardian requests a refund or withdraws the child during the initial three-month period, Kids Planet Day Nurseries reserves the right to reclaim the £100 gift card issued under this promotion.  

• To qualify for the promotion, the parent or guardian must be a new customer, or registering a sibling of a child already registered in one of the Kids Planet Day Nurseries settings. 

• This promotion is offered only to children aged between 6 weeks and 5 years, and where there is sufficient space in the nursery and age-appropriate room. 

• This promotional offer is not valid in conjunction with any other one-off limited-time promotional offers available at the time of registration unless explicitly agreed in writing. 

• This promotional offer is cumulative. If multiple qualifying referrals are made to Kids Planet Day Nurseries, multiple rewards will be delivered to the referrer, subject to these terms and conditions and a limit of £1200 GBP of reward value within 12 months.  

• Submitting the registration does not guarantee a place and is subject to availability.  

• The offer is not valid for employees of Kids Planet Day Nurseries. 

• Kids Planet Day Nurseries reserves the right to vary or withdraw this promotion at any time. However, changes will not affect customers who have already secured their place and met the eligibility criteria within the stated offer period.  

• This promotion is offered only where spaces in the nursery allow. 

• No cash alternative will be offered. 

• This promotional offer is not valid in conjunction with any other one-off limited-time promotional offers available at the time of registration. 

• This promotional offer is strictly limited to a single use per child and is applicable only upon enrolment at a Kids Planet ‘Refer a Friend’ Group. It is not valid at any other Kids Planet locations. 

• Kids Planet Day Nurseries will on no account be held liable for any loss suffered by the parent as a direct or indirect result of the nursery being temporarily closed without notice, or from the non-admittance of children to the nursery for any reason. 

• Kids Planet will not be in breach of these terms and conditions or otherwise liable in any way, due to circumstances in which performance of contracted services becomes (permanently or temporarily) commercially impracticable, inadvisable, unlawful or impossible. Examples include, but are not limited to, pandemic; disease or infection; economic recession; flood; fire; acts or threats of terrorism or other forms of violence; war; ‘acts of god’; industrial action; critical incident or extreme weather.  

• By registering for and securing a nursery place under this promotion, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these promotional terms and conditions in addition to the standard Kids Planet Day Nurseries Terms and Conditions provided during registration. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the two, the standard Kids Planet Day Nurseries Terms and Conditions will take precedence.
