The Out of School and Holiday Club, catering for children aged 4 to 11 years, provides a safe and fun environment packed with activities to support learning and play outside school hours.

After qualifying as a level 3 practitioner in 2011, I started at Kids Planet Lymm full time. The last 5 years I have been the deputy manager at our Widnes setting before covering the maternity manager cover for 9 months. Over the last 14 years I have gained lots of knowledge and experience and have my own daughter. I have recently achieved my Level 3 SEND qualification though our training academy which I am extremely passionate about.

I began working in childcare in May 2015, completing my Level 3 apprenticeship followed by a Montessori Teacher diploma. I joined Kids Planet in February 2024 as a SEND Practitioner, providing extra support for children with additional needs. I am currently completing my Level 5 qualification with the Kids Planet Training Academy. In my role as Deputy Manager and SENDCo, I oversee children’s development across our whole nursery, spend time supporting in all rooms and make links with the local community by participating in events such as May Queen, Lymm Historic Transport Day and Dickensian Day.

With sports activities to support physical development and the Famly app for real-time updates, we ensure every child gets the best start in a safe, nurturing environment.
