At Kids Planet Anchorsholme, children can move between indoor and outdoor play throughout the year, choosing where to take their ideas next. Creative activities let them experiment, while the changing seasons offer new things to notice outside. Our team uses these interests to plan learning throughout the nursery day.
Freshly prepared food is part of daily life, and the Famly App keeps you connected with your child’s experiences. Our team helps your child find answers to their questions and try things for themselves, with support suited to their development. It gives them time to work things out through play and share what they discover with others.

Janet Waldermar
ManagerI have 17 years’ experience in childcare, including 12 years of continuous service with the company, progressing from Practitioner to Manager in March 2023. I hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Development, Paediatric First Aid, and I am a trained Designated Safeguarding Lead. My passion has always been working with children and supporting their development. I have experience across all age groups and enjoy spending time in the rooms building relationships with the children. Outside of work, I enjoy long walks in the Lakes with my dogs and spending quality time with my three children and family.
