I have 17 years’ experience in childcare, including 12 years of continuous service with the company, progressing from Practitioner to Manager in March 2023. I hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Development, Paediatric First Aid, and I am a trained Designated Safeguarding Lead. My passion has always been working with children and supporting their development. I have experience across all age groups and enjoy spending time in the rooms building relationships with the children. Outside of work, I enjoy long walks in the Lakes with my dogs and spending quality time with my three children and family.
