Rebecca McMillan Howden
ManagerMy name is Rebecca, and I am the Manager at Ashbourne House. I began my childcare career with the company in 2017 at our Llandudno setting, working as an After-School Assistant. From there, I progressed into a Nursery Nurse role before quickly advancing to Supervisor.
After moving to Ashbourne House as a Nursery Room Supervisor, I continued to develop my skills and experience, working my way up to my current management position. I hold a Level 3 qualification in Children’s Care, Learning and Development (CCLD) and a Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning. I am also currently studying towards Levels 4 and 5 in Leadership and Management.
I am passionate about providing high-quality care and education for children and enjoy every aspect of my role. The most rewarding part of my job is watching children grow in confidence, develop new skills, and reach important milestones during their early years journey.
