Kids Planet Billinge

My daughter has attended Kids Planet - Billinge for 6 months now since it first opened and she has come on leaps and bounds since she started. The staff all seem very friendly and my daughter is quite happy to go into nursery and sometimes doesn't want to come home! haha. I've always recommended Kids Planet - Billinge to people when they have asked for recommendations. Overall, a very happy mummy!

Ellis absolutely loves it at nursery, and he has done from day 1, I look forward to the photos on Facebook, I recommend the nursery to everyone. It’s a relief to know my child is being cared for whilst I’m at work

Staff really friendly and approachable

A fantastic nursery which is really good at keeping the parents involved throughout. We regularly get updates on their development and there is a portal we can view to see what they have been doing and eating etc whilst there. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and my child adores his key worker and all of the other staff members in his room. As a parent, who was extremely anxious about putting their child into nursery I would not hesitate to recommend Kids Planet - Billinge to anyone!

Lovely nursery, great selection of activities on offer. I love how I can see Evie’s day while at work. Lots of opportunities for parents to get involved. Evie attended the baby sensory session a few times prior to starting nursery.

I really struggled with the thought of going back to work full time but since Teddie has started nursery he’s come on leaps. The girls are lovely, Teddie now holds his arms out in the mornings. It’s reassuring whilst I’m at work to know child is enjoying time, the parent app is also fantastic addition.

I can honestly say that this is the best nursery I've ever come across and my little girl absolutely loves it with the added bonus of brilliant staff.

The girls treat my son as if he were their own child, it’s very comforting

Contemporary attitude towards inclusions in terms of parents views and recommendations. The staff appear to be well trained, knowledgeable and the facilities are second to none. They take security safety using biometric systems and technology to log what the children have done. They promote wellness and healthy living through nutrition and always have healthy snacks and water available. Very homely feel, the staff are caring and loving to children.

Kids Planet offers an excellent level of childcare. They have a skilled and dedicated team. I was assured by the variety of levels of experience, maturity and enthusiasm of the team. As a first time parent I was very nervous trusting strangers with my children, the team understood my anxieties and went the extra mile to reassure me, especially around their safeguarding policies.
