About Mere House
Kids Planet Mere House supports your child’s learning through outdoor play across the seasons and outings into the local community. We plan experiences around each child, with our team following what captures their attention and helping them explore through play.
Settling-in visits give your child time to discover our nursery and begin forming relationships with our team before starting. They also allow you to tell us about their routines and what helps them feel comfortable. Term-time care is available, with on-site parking and pram storage to help families manage everyday arrivals and collections.

Lauren Marsden
ManagerI have worked at Mere House since we opened in April 2016. I started off as the room leader of the baby room and worked my way up to deputy manager and then got the manager's position in December 2022. I enjoy my time here at Mere house and watching it grow from strength to strength over the years. In my spare time I enjoy camping and my favourite place to visit is the Lake District, with my husband. We also have a little sausage dog called Peanut who comes along with us.
