Kids Planet Patterdale Lodge, formerly known as Patterdale Lodge Day Nursery, is a recent and valued addition to the Kids Planet family. This warm and welcoming nursery is supported by a passionate and dedicated team of educators who take pride in providing engaging, enriching learning experiences indoors, outdoors and within the wider community.

I have been the Nursery Manager at Patterdale Lodge since 2022, having previously worked as Deputy Manager at our sister nursery, Canal House, and as a Room Leader at Linden House. I have over 15 years’ experience in childcare, a career I have always been passionate about and felt proud to pursue.

I hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare and am the Designated Safeguarding Lead, a role I am extremely passionate about to ensure all of our children feel safe, secure and supported. I have focused on developing my leadership skills through ongoing training to best support staff, children and families. I am incredibly proud to manage such a fantastic nursery and team.

We provide freshly prepared, nutritious meals and snacks, catering to all dietary needs to keep little ones fuelled for a day of learning and play. With sports activities to support physical development and the Famly app for real-time updates, we ensure every child gets the best start in a safe, nurturing environment.
