Kids Planet Kidderminster is a welcoming and inclusive nursery, set in a unique building just a short walk from the town centre, with excellent access to local transport links. Originally established in 1982, our setting has built a strong reputation for providing high-quality early years education and care for children aged six weeks to five years.

Our experienced team is passionate about helping every child grow in confidence, offering nurturing and enabling environments both indoors and outdoors. We embed inclusive practice throughout the day, with a dedicated SENDCo on site, visual supports in every room, and calm breakout spaces designed to meet individual needs.

We also support emotional wellbeing and communication development through purposefully designed areas that help children explore feelings and express themselves freely. With over 15 years of experience in education, I hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have recently completed the National Professional Qualification in Early Years Leadership, further strengthening my expertise in early childhood development and leadership.
I am also a Forest School Leader, and I’m passionate about outdoor learning. I strongly believe that nature provides endless opportunities for children to explore, grow, and develop confidence in a meaningful and joyful way. My goal is to create rich, inclusive experiences that nurture curiosity and support every child to thrive in their own unique way.

With sports activities to support physical development and the Famly app for real-time updates, we ensure every child gets the best start in a safe, nurturing environment.

Designed to support emotional regulation and wellbeing, the room features soft lighting, cosy textures, and sensory play materials to encourage curiosity and exploration in a relaxed setting. It’s a safe haven for all children to recharge, unwind, and make sense of the world at their own pace.
