Overview
About Knightlow
Children at Kids Planet Knightlow can look for bugs and paint with mud in a natural outdoor learning area. Our fully accessible, purpose-built nursery is within Knightlow Primary School’s grounds in Stretton on Dunsmore, with dedicated sensory and messy play spaces for further discovery indoors.
A covered deck and sheltered sandpit help your child enjoy outdoor play across the seasons. Our team offers experiences suited to each child’s stage of development, helping them explore questions through doing. We make room for their own ideas and offer help as they need it, so play can develop in ways that are meaningful to them.

ManagerAs the Manager of our nursery, I have been working in childcare for over 13 years and hold a BA (Hons) in Childhood Education. I am committed to creating a warm, nurturing environment where every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to learn. With several years of experience in early years education, I am dedicated to supporting each child’s individual development through play-based learning and strong partnerships with families. I believe that the early years are the foundation for a lifelong love of learning, and I feel privileged to lead a caring team that helps children grow in confidence, curiosity, and independence every day.
Adventures Beyond the Classroom
Bringing Learning to Life with Outdoor Play
At Kids Planet, we believe the great outdoors is one of the best learning environments. Our unique nature-based learning encourages children to explore, take on new challenges, and develop essential life skills through hands-on outdoor experiences. Whether it’s discovering wildlife, growing vegetables, or engaging in active play, we provide endless opportunities for children to learn, grow, and thrive in the natural world.
