Kids Planet Crosby has been providing exceptional childcare and early education since opening in 2006. Set within a charming converted Victorian building, the nursery offers spacious, well-resourced rooms and large outdoor areas designed to inspire magic, awe, and wonder.

Our highly qualified and caring team create a nurturing environment where children feel secure, engaged, and excited to learn. With a prime location in Crosby, we make the most of our community links by visiting local parks, the beach, library, cafés, and the nearby shopping village, helping children develop curiosity, confidence, and a strong sense of belonging.

Outdoor learning is at the heart of what we do. Our expansive gardens provide space for daily physical activity, supported by our dedicated sports coaches. Children also enjoy exploring our onsite allotment and taking part in outdoor school sessions, which encourage resilience, teamwork, and a love for nature.

Inside, our purpose-built sensory room supports every child’s emotional and sensory development. With calming lights, textures, and sounds, it offers a safe space for mindfulness, yoga, and baby massage sessions, while also promoting focus and self-regulation.

We are proud to offer both term-time and year-round places, ensuring flexibility for families while providing children with consistency and care at every stage of their early years journey.

Ruth Wills

Manager

Ruth brings more than 20 years of experience in early years education, holding a Level 3 NVQ in Childcare and a Level 3 in Leadership and Management. She has also contributed to our nursery through her accredited work with Udeskole. She has been at the nursery since 2006 and has watched the premises expand when Kids Planet took ownership in 2015.

Faye Pagan

Manager

Faye has more than 20 years of experience in early years education. She holds a Level 3 qualification in Childcare and a Level 2 NVQ in Team Leading, as well as a lead qualification in ELKAN. She has been at the nursery since 2012 and has watched the premises expand when Kids Planet took ownership in 2015.
