Kids Planet Halifax, formerly Tiny Tree Nursery, is a lively and welcoming setting close to Halifax town centre.

We offer early years education and care for children aged 0 to 5 years in a safe, stimulating environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and confidence. Our indoor and outdoor learning spaces are designed around the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum, supporting playful exploration and meaningful development every day.

I’m Salma, the Nursery Manager at Kids Planet Halifax, formerly Tiny Tree Day Nursery.

Supporting children’s development and seeing them progress has always been my passion. I began my childcare journey in 2007, and with nearly 20 years of experience, I remain dedicated to providing high-quality early years education and care.

As a parent myself, I understand the emotions families feel when starting their nursery journey. My team and I are committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and welcoming environment where every child can thrive, learn, and feel supported throughout their early years.

We provide freshly prepared, nutritious meals and snacks, catering to all dietary needs to keep little ones fuelled for a day of learning and play. With sports activities to support physical development and the Famly app for real-time updates, we ensure every child gets the best start in a safe, nurturing environment.
